Although still developed/built by HRC, to keep cost down and make the bike a little more accessible than the previous RC30 and RC45, Honda removed some of the more exotic (for the time) components and replaced them with items more suited for road use.
This particular one is a nice clean bike with standard exhausts, the only modification being the fairly common combined undertray/light unit.
