The naked model for motorcyclists looking for an iconic, charming bike that is also high-tech and easy to ride

Compact, muscular lines inspired by the first model from 1992 adorn the lightest four-valve Monster ever

The new Ducati V2 engine with IVT timing guarantees brilliant performance and record maintenance intervals (45,000 km/28.000 mi), combining power and ease of riding

Sporty and intuitive: monocoque frame, Showa suspension, Brembo braking system and a complete electronic package with Riding Mode and 6-axis IMU, for an agile, safe and fun bike

The Borgo Panigale-based manufacturer is proud to present, in a new instalment of the Ducati World Premiere 2026, the fifth generation of the Monster, a motorcycle that has written an important chapter in the history of motorcycling. When it made its debut, at the Cologne Motor Show in 1992, the Monster changed the concept of naked sports bikes, giving rise to a completely new segment. A model that instantly became a true icon.

With the 2026 Model Year, based on the new V2 engine, Ducati is writing a new chapter in this unique and unrepeatable story. The fifth generation of the Monster is completely revamped, even lighter, even more authentic.

The first Monster was born from a formula that was ingenious in its simplicity: everything you need, nothing more. With a chassis derived from Superbike and the best engine for road use, the 1992 Monster combined character and performance, immediately winning the hearts of countless motorcyclists. Since then, the Monster has created a global community of enthusiasts, the Monsteristi, who still cherish its spirit and celebrate its history. In over thirty years of evolution, the Monster has been able to renew itself without ever losing its identity. From the 900, 600 and 750 two-valve engines to the more recent Desmoquattro and Testastretta versions, each generation has brought technical and stylistic innovations, while keeping the original soul intact.

Unmistakable personality
The new Monster, redesigned from scratch, combines lightness and technology with unmistakable aesthetics, reinterpreting the style of the first Monster in a modern key. More streamlined, sporty and compact, the new Monster captivates by reviving the stylistic features that have always distinguished the naked bike par excellence: the headlight framed by the shoulders of the tank, the single seat for rider and passenger, and the short, lightweight tail.

The bison-back tank, which has always been a distinctive feature of the Borgo Panigale naked bike, has been redesigned to maintain the slimness of the current Monster while restoring the muscularity typical of the Monster and incorporating the front air intakes introduced with the second generation.

The headlight, which in motorcycle design is the true face of the bike, is full-LED, with a robotic and modern look that recalls various stylistic elements of the Ducati range. The double C shape is in fact the optical signature that unites Ducati naked bikes, made even more distinctive here by the two side cuts that recall the front of the Panigale V4.

The cover on the side panels connects to the seat, which is narrower and 5 mm lower (815 mm total) to make it easier to put your feet on the ground, and diverts the hot air from the radiator outwards, improving thermal comfort. On the lower part of the cover, the Ducati shield is flanked by the coordinates of the historic Borgo Panigale factory.

The new V2 twin-cylinder engine, modern and characterised by its clean aesthetics thanks to precise technical choices, is the perfect engine for the Monster. The naked bike from Borgo Panigale has always had the V-twin a noble engine characterised by slimness, optimal weight distribution and reduced vibrations thanks to the perfect balance of first-rate forces as one of its technical and stylistic pillars.

The Ducati V2 is lightweight (-5.9 kg compared to the previous Testastretta Evoluzione) and high-performing, thanks to IVT (Intake Variable Timing) distribution, and characterised by very low running costs: the 45,000 km/28,000 miles maintenance interval for valve clearance checks is an absolute benchmark for the category.

The IVT variable timing distribution system allows the Monster engine to combine smoothness at low revs, vigour at medium revs and power at high revs (111 horsepower at 9,000 rpm, 110.7 HP/81.4 kW for the USA version), delivering more than 80% of its maximum torque between 4,000 and 10,000 rpm. Thanks to this responsive power delivery, a traditional feature of the Monster, and to a comprehensive, sophisticated electronic management, the new V2 delivers its performance safely and without ever being demanding for the rider.

        Sporty chassis
The new Ducati V2 is a stressed part of the chassis. The latter is based on a monocoque frame, a double-sided swingarm inspired by the Ducati Hollow Symmetrical Swingarm of the Panigale V4 and a rear subframe consisting of a technopolymer element and a trellis. This technical layout, combined with the engine, contributes to making the new Monster even lighter than the already lightweight previous model (-4 kg, for a total weight of 175 kg with an empty tank) and therefore agile and easy to handle in every situation. The 43 mm upside-down fork and monoshock, both by Showa, have been specifically calibrated to optimise comfort in everyday use and sportiness on mixed riding, confirming the dual soul of the Ducati naked bike. The new Monster is stable and gives confidence to its rider, while remaining agile and enjoyable.

The Brembo braking system is based on dual 320 mm front discs, with M4.32 radial calipers and dedicated pads, developed specifically to offer a softer initial bite combined with high braking power. This makes the Monster safe and fun to ride when exploiting its performances, while also being very manageable in an urban environment. The Diablo Rosso IV tyres, in sizes 120/70 and 180/55, are Pirelli&#039;s top of the range for road use, offering grip and safety.

The rider sits on a lower seat (815 mm, which can be lowered to 775 mm by adopting the accessory low seats and lowered suspension) that is narrower than the previous model, making it easier to put your feet on the ground. The higher, forward-moved handlebars increase the feeling of control in sporty riding and at the same time define a comfortable riding position when the ride gets more relaxed. The side panels with grip surface support the rider when braking, while also becoming a stylistic element that celebrates the history of the Monster through the Ducati crest proudly displayed on the lower part.

Intuitive and fun, the Monster can change its soul at the touch of a button thanks to four Riding Modes specifically designed to simplify and enhance riding in every situation. The sport-inclined riders will appreciate the engine&#039;s grit in Sport Riding Mode on mountain roads, relying on the safety of an electronic package that includes DTC (Ducati Traction Control), DWC (Ducati Wheelie Control), EBC (Engine Brake Control) and cornering ABS. At the same time, less experienced riders and those who love to ride the Monster around town will find it easier and quicker to get to grips with the Ducati naked bike thanks to the Road and Urban Riding Modes.

All of the above is easily managed via the new petal-shaped joystick controls and the 5&quot; TFT display, which is Ducati Multimedia System- and turn-by-turn navigation-ready. The dashboard is always easy to read thanks to the dual mode (day and night) and the display based on Info Mode Road and Road Pro, which allow the rider to focus on riding by optimising the visibility of the most relevant information in each context.

Accessories
The Monster is one of the Ducati models that most stimulated the imagination of its owners in terms of customisation. To satisfy those who want to make the Monster even more their own, Ducati Performance offers a wide range of accessories to enhance its aesthetics, such as carbon fibre details, billet aluminium parts, and a sports seat with Alcantara upholstery.

Sports enthusiasts will also appreciate the homologated silencers with titanium liners and carbon end caps, developed in collaboration with Termignoni, which reduce weight (-0.2 kg) and unmistakably increase the Monster&#039;s grit.

Liveries and availability
The new Monster will arrive into dealers in February 2026 in both liveries (Ducati Red and Iceberg White) and both versions, Monster and Monster+, the latter with passenger seat cover and cowl. Both are available in 35 kW version, for all A2-licensed motorcyclists.

With the latest edition of the Ducati World Premire 2026, the Borgo Panigale manufacturer presents the new Multistrada V4 Rally, which in its 2026 version becomes even more globetrotting. This new Rally is the result of years of development of the Multistrada V4 family, the model with which Ducati was the first to introduce a MotoGP-derived V4 engine with a counter-rotating crankshaft to the segment, along with radar systems such as Adaptive Cruise Control and Blind Spot Detection.

The V4 Rally is the Multistrada aimed at lovers of long journeys. A bike that since its launch in 2023 has proven to be an unstoppable adventure companion, capable of conquering unexplored places, reaching them in maximum comfort. The bike for discovering the world without stopping at anything, alone or with a partner.

The new liveries, in Jade Green with gold wheels and Ducati Red with a brushed fuel tank, make the new Multistrada V4 Rally immediately recognizable. A distinctive look that further enhances its technical features: grand touring comfort, great range thanks to a 30-litre fuel tank, and off-road capability thanks to the suspension with longer travel, reinforced engine guards, and spoked wheels. These features are complemented by new chassis and electronic solutions that enhance its versatility, safety, and performance.

The Forward Collision Warning anticipates potential frontal impacts, the new Automatic Lowering Device lowers the bike for easier ground contact, and the advanced strategies for the ABS Electronic Combined Braking System and the semi-active Adaptive Ducati Skyhook Suspension EVO are now even more effective in managing any situation and riding style.

The result is a motorcycle perfectly at home on the most challenging mountain passes, dirt roads, or fast, flowing highways around the world. The ideal companion for those who want to push exploration further with maximum comfort and safety, without sacrificing typical Ducati riding pleasure. Like the entire Multistrada V4 family, the Rally offers excellent performance (170 hp), great reliability, and low running costs, with maintenance intervals every 60,000 km and an oil service every 15,000 km or 24 months.

Furthermore, like all Multistradas, the V4 Rally is designed to allow Ducatisti to travel without boundaries but with complete peace of mind thanks to the 4EVER Ducati and Roadside Assistance programmes. The former offers a 4-year, unlimited mileage warranty*. The Roadside Assistance program adds roadside assistance, transportation for rider and passenger, a replacement vehicle, and accommodation in a four-star hotel to the standard warranty in the event of problems occurring during the period of coverage. All this with the peace of mind offered by a network of more than 800 official Ducati dealers in over 90 countries worldwide.

At home on any road
Living up to its name, the Multistrada V4 Rally is a motorcycle that further improves its ability to tackle any road. On the 2026 V4 Rally model, the semi-active suspension with long travel (200 mm) is managed by an evolved Adaptive Skyhook DSS (Ducati Semiactive Suspension) EVO strategy with the introduction of new functions capable of raising the bar for comfort and effectiveness once again.

The Multistrada V4 Rally confirms and improves the automatic suspension preload management functions, which ensure a constant setup regardless of the presence of the rider alone, a passenger, and/or luggage, thus maintaining the correct weight distribution. The rider can now change the suspension response even on the move, regardless of the selected Riding Mode, for greater comfort during a relaxed ride or more support and feedback when tackling the curves of a mountain road. On the new Multistrada V4 Rally, the Adaptive DSS EVO system can understand the characteristics of the route being tackled and the rider&#039;s riding style at any given moment and adjust the suspension&#039;s hydraulic calibration to ensure the best control and comfort based on the situation.

With the introduction of the DVO (Ducati Vehicle Observer) algorithm, the Multistrada V4 Rally also features electronic controls that can operate with greater precision. This feature more accurately estimates the motorcycle&#039;s position in space and its overall mass, simulating the input of 70 sensors to supplement the data provided by the inertial platform. The Ducati Vehicle Observer, developed by Ducati Corse in MotoGP, refines the ABS Cornering and Ducati Wheelie Control (DWC) strategies.

Furthermore, the Electronic Combined Braking System, which can be disengaged and features enhanced strategies and functionality thanks to the DVO, modulates the action on the front and rear brakes to always guarantee ideal performance, now also based on the load. In addition to the front-to-rear strategy, which manages the rear brake even when only the front brake lever is operated, the 2026 Multistrada V4 Rally now features a rear-to-front strategy, which also activates the front brake when only the rear brake lever is operated. This strategy, introduced on the 2025 Multistrada V4, has been optimized for the Rally chassis and refined in its action, reducing the bike&#039;s pitch during braking and thus improving comfort, especially when riding with a passenger.

        Safety and technology
On the 2026 Multistrada V4 Rally, the radar suite introduced with the first 2021 V4 model is complemented by the Forward Collision Warning (FCW) function, which alerts the rider of potential collisions with a vehicle ahead with a pop-up on the dashboard.

The 2026 Multistrada V4 Rally also offers the rider improved visibility during night riding, with Ducati Cornering Lights and a more effective headlight cluster that reduces the shadow in front of the front wheel. Furthermore, the new Coming Home function allows the low beam to be left on for a few seconds after the ignition is turned off, making it easier to open the garage door when returning home in the dark. The Ducati Brake Light, which activates a high-frequency flash of the rear brake light during sharp deceleration, increases the visibility of the bike for those behind. Finally, the option to mount the accessory rear fog light improves safety on days with poor visibility.

The new Multistrada V4 Rally is easier to handle when manoeuvring from a standstill and at low speeds, thanks to the introduction of the Automatic Lowering Device, now equipped with a differentiated strategy for on-road and off-road riding. The bike quickly and automatically &quot;lowers&quot; when speeds drop below 10 km/h. When the rider accelerates, exceeding 50 km/h on the road or 20 km/h off-road, the motorcycle automatically returns to its normal ride height. The system operates automatically or can be deactivated by the rider.

The 6.5-inch colour TFT dashboard has been updated in its user interface, offering more efficient and versatile suspension control. The system naturally retains map navigation functionality thanks to the Ducati Connect app, which also supports phone use for answering calls or listening to music, using a helmet equipped with an intercom system. The interface for selecting the heating level for the grips and optional seat is new and more intuitive.

Comfortable for rider and passenger
The Multistrada V4 Rally is the ideal motorcycle for two-up riding and was designed to maximize the comfort of the rider and their travelling companion. Compared to the Multistrada V4, the windshield, which is 40 mm wider and 20 mm higher, offers greater protection. The position of the pannier mounts has been designed to provide ample legroom for the passenger, who also enjoys greater support and a sense of robustness from the top case thanks to the die-cast support. Furthermore, thanks to the availability of different seat heights for both rider and passenger and a lowered suspension kit, the Multistrada V4 Rally can be customized to suit any two-up configuration.

In addition, to facilitate loading and unloading the side panniers and simplify maintenance, the centre stand, now designed to make lifting the bike even easier, is standard. Likewise, to further enhance comfort, heated handgrips are now also standard and adjustable to five temperature levels.

Engine and chassis
The 1,158 cc V4 Granturismo engine delivers 170 hp (125 kW) of power at 10,750 rpm and 121 Nm (12.3 kgm) at 8,750 rpm, with a particularly linear torque curve to ensure a smooth and progressive response across the rev range. This engine&#039;s performance, combined with its total weight of just 66.7 kg, allows the V4 Granturismo to confirm its position as the category benchmark for power and lightness. These figures are combined with refined technical solutions, such as the counter-rotating crankshaft, derived from Ducati Corse&#039;s experience in MotoGP, which works &quot;against&quot; the gyroscopic inertia of the wheels, as well as the torque curves dedicated to each individual gear to combine smooth power delivery at low revs, robust torque at medium revs, and power at high revs. Furthermore, the V4 Granturismo is equipped with an extended rear cylinder deactivation strategy, which keeps the rear cylinder bank deactivated at standstill and at low revs, thus benefitting fuel consumption and emissions.

On the Multistrada V4 Rally, the engine is assisted by the new Ducati Quick Shift (DQS) 2.0. This system uses a strategy based solely on the gear shift drum&#039;s angular position sensor, allowing for a microswitch-free shift rod, offering the rider a more direct feel with a shorter travel.

In terms of chassis, the Multistrada V4 Rally maintains its lightweight and compact aluminium monocoque frame, with a double-sided shell-cast aluminium swingarm mounted on a repositioned, higher-mounted pivot, increasing the suspension&#039;s anti-squat effect for more precise and effective handling even under full load. For the same purpose, the braking system has been upgraded with a larger 280 mm rear brake disc.

The Multistrada V4 Rally is offered exclusively with lightweight, tubeless spoked wheels that contribute to improving the bike&#039;s dynamic performance. They are equipped as standard with a TPMS sensor that displays tyre pressure on the dashboard.

Trim Levels
The new Ducati Multistrada V4 Rally is available in three different trim levels: Radar, featuring Adaptive Cruise Control, Blind Spot Detection, and Forward Collision Warning; Adventure Travel &amp; Radar, which adds aluminium side cases and heated rider and passenger seats; and the Full Adventure trim level completes this package with a homologated Akrapovic muffler and a carbon fibre front mudguard.

Accessories and Apparel
As well as a class-leading standard package, the Multistrada V4 Rally also features a wide range of accessories. In addition to various seats to meet the ergonomic needs of rider and passenger, several windshield options are available, as well as luggage solutions, designed for both the fuel tank and the rear plate - a top case or soft bag - for those who wish to further enhance the Multistrada V4 Rally&#039;s all-round touring capabilities.

The aluminium panniers, available as an accessory and standard on the Adventure Travel &amp; Radar and Full Adventure trims, now feature a new lock that allows the panniers to be opened and closed without using the key, even when removed from the motorcycle, thus increasing their practicality and versatility.

Ducati has also specifically designed some clothing items to fully enjoy the touring capabilities of the Multistrada V4 Rally. The Tour Summer outfit, for example, features large ventilation zones, removable sleeves, and three independent layers, including a thermal lining and waterproof membrane, for comfort in all weather conditions. Or the Strada C5 outfit made of a comfortable, durable stretch fabric with modular thermal protection, thanks to the removable Gore-Tex inner membrane and an inner down jacket that can also be used on its own once the motorcycle is parked.

<title>A new Emerald Green livery for the Nightshift, the post-heritage icon of the Ducati Scrambler family</title>
    <link>https://www.ducatistoke.com/news/a-new-emerald-green-livery-for-the-nightshift-the-post-heritage-icon-of-the-ducati-scrambler-family</link>
    <description>
The new livery draws inspiration from the icons of 1970s motorsport, making the Ducati Scrambler Nightshift even more evocative and cool.

With the 2026 model year, the Ducati Scrambler Nightshift becomes even more appealing with its new Emerald Green livery. Defined by the Ducati Style Centre, the new colour scheme draws inspiration from the two- and four-wheeled icons of the 1970s.

Since its inception, the Nightshift has represented the most elegant and classic soul of Ducati Scrambler, thanks to more refined details such as the stitched seat, in true Caf Racer style, or the alternation of glossy and matt parts. At the same time, the side number plates, minimal front mudguard, absence of rear mudguard and compact LED indicators emphasise its dynamic character.

The contrast with the completely black spoked wheels makes the Nightshift decidedly sophisticated. The Caf Racer look is completed by a flat, variable-section handlebar and bar-end mirrors.

The Scrambler models within the Ducati range are the perfect choice for those who want to express their personality through a motorcycle with a unique and recognisable design, dynamic and fun, accessible and safe for everyday use. A motorcycle designed for those seeking freedom and wanting to share their style and way of being with others. On the official Scramblerducati.com website, you can access the configurator to discover all the Ducati Scrambler models and customisation options, request information from a dealer or book a test ride.

The Desmodue engine of the new Scrambler Ducati generation has been modernised in its contents and is now equipped with a new eight-plate clutch, which is smoother in operation. The clutch is also more compact, thus allowing the lateral bulk of its cover to be reduced and offering more space for the rider&#039;s foot. The new Ducati Scrambler has also been renewed in its technical contents and lightened by a total of 4 kg, thus obtaining a more manageable and easy to ride bike.

The new Scrambler Ducati is even more fun and safer thanks to the introduction of Ride by Wire throttle management. This solution allows the personality of the bike to be changed through two Riding Modes, and to ride confidently, thanks to the presence of the Ducati Traction Control. The standard equipment is completed by ABS cornering, essential for making riding even safer.

The new colour scheme, replacing the current one, will be available from October 2025.

<title>New Panigale V4 R: the maximum expression of Ducati racing technology</title>
    <link>https://www.ducatistoke.com/news/new-panigale-v4-rthe-maximum-expression-of-ducati-racing-technology</link>
    <description>

The Panigale V4 R is equipped with the latest evolution of the 998 cc Desmosedici Stradale R engine, Euro 5+ approved and with a maximum power output of 218 hp

Designed for Superbike racing, the R&#039;s engine has been developed according to Ducati Corse&#039;s specifications and boasts more torque at mid-range revs and greater top-end speed

The new Panigale V4 R introduces MotoGP Corner Sidepods and the Ducati Racing Gearbox, with neutral below first gear, for the first time on a production motorcycle

By adopting the non-approved racing exhaust, the new Panigale V4 R is capable of a top speed exceeding 330 km/h, a value previously reserved for MotoGP bikes

With a new episode of Ducati World Premire 2026, the Borgo Panigale manufacturer presents the new Panigale V4 R, a model based on the seventh generation Ducati sports bike. The new Panigale V4 R embodies all of Ducati&#039;s successes in MotoGP and Superbike. It was developed to compete in the World Superbike Championship and, at the same time, to offer Ducati enthusiasts the best sports bike, introducing unique features derived from the world of racing, never before seen on a road-approved motorcycle.

The new Panigale V4 R is the latest descendant of a saga which has its origins in the legendary 996R of 2001. These motorcycles have always been the starting point for the Superbikes that compete in the World Championship, and for this reason they are the most noble of Ducati&#039;s sports bikes. The Panigale V4 R is produced in a numbered series, with the model name and serial number proudly displayed on the steering plate.

Thanks to constant and close collaboration with Ducati Corse, the Panigale V4R introduces for the first time on a road-approved motorcycle solutions born in competition, such as Corner Sidepods, which Ducati brought to MotoGP for the first time in 2021, and the Ducati Racing Gearbox (DRG) with Ducati Neutral Lock (DNL).

The heart of the Panigale V4 R, the 998 cc Desmosedici Stradale R engine, was designed to compete in the Superbike World Championship and has been developed in this latest version in line with Ducati Corse&#039;s MotoGP philosophy. It offers more sustained torque and power curves across the entire range of use and superior acceleration. The power curve confirms the maximum value of 218 hp but is more sustained with an average gain of 4 hp from 4,000 rpm up to maximum power, regaining the advantage over the previous model of the same value in top speed, at 16,000 rpm.

The torque curve, on the other hand, is positioned higher than the previous model, with a gain of 7% at 6,000 rpm and 3% in the maximum value of 114.5 Nm at 12,000 rpm. These values are the result of the great work done by Ducati engineers to homologate the new Panigale V4 R Euro5+, without sacrificing the pursuit of the best performance on the track. The Panigale V4 R is capable of a top speed of 318.4 km/h, which increases to 330.6 km/h in racing exhaust configuration. Until yesterday, this speed was the exclusive prerogative of MotoGP.

The new Panigale V4R inherits the Front Frame and Hollow Symmetrical Swingarm from the seventh generation of Ducati sports bikes, developed in collaboration with Ducati Corse according to specific stiffness values necessary to maximise the performance of the current slick tyres used in the World Superbike Championship.

Aerodynamics
The new Panigale V4 R is equipped, for the first time ever on a production motorcycle, with Corner Sidepods, a solution introduced by Ducati in 2021 in MotoGP. An innovative aerodynamic content for two wheels as well as wings, introduced in MotoGP back in 2010 by the Borgo Panigale manufacturer. Designed to work at high lean angles, Corner Sidepods generate a ground effect, ensuring a higher level of grip for the tyres and thus allowing higher speeds and therefore lower lap times. When riding, especially at high speeds, the rider clearly feels that the bike, as soon as it reaches the centre of the corner, has already naturally moved to the inside, keeping tighter lines. This means that the acceleration phase when exiting the corner takes place along a tighter radius.

The fairing design introduced with the Panigale V4 2025 on the V4 R features new, larger wings capable of generating greater downforce. The load increases by 25%, which translates into an increase in downforce of 4.8 kg at 270 km/h and 6 kg at 300 km/h, with significant benefits in terms of stability during acceleration and precision at high speeds.

To achieve the best performance in racing, the Panigale V4 R is equipped with a dynamic front air intake, developed with Ducati Corse, which increases the amount of air drawn into the engine. This increases the intake air pressure and, consequently, the power (+1.3 hp) at maximum speed, greatly benefiting performance on straights.

The combination of the seat/tank and footpegs, positioned 10 mm further inwards than on the previous V4 R, provides even better support for the rider in racing use. This ergonomic configuration, inherited from the seventh-generation Ducati sportbike, makes it easier to assume an aerodynamic position, push on the footpegs, and improves control when braking and in the middle of corners, when the rider leans inwards. This makes it easier and less tiring to get the most out of the Panigale V4 R&#039;s performance, both on a single lap and in a prolonged session.

MotoGP-derived Engine
The heart of the Panigale V4 R is the 998 cm Desmosedici Stradale R engine designed to compete in the World Superbike Championship. An engine derived from the Ducati MotoGP, capable of reaching a maximum speed of 16,500 rpm in sixth gear (16,000 in the other gears) and delivering a maximum power output of 218 hp at 15,500 rpm (in Euro-5+ configuration), absolute benchmark values in the category for engines of the same displacement.

To create the best possible technical base for the World Superbike Championship, the new Desmosedici Stradale R is equipped with new pistons that are even lighter (-5.1%) and a new crankshaft with increased inertia. This solution, which follows Ducati&#039;s development strategy in MotoGP, makes the engine response more progressive, effectively representing a production, homologated version of the Desmosedici used by Marc Marquez and Pecco Bagnaia.

Despite the limitations imposed by the exhaust system, which complies with the stringent Euro-5+ homologation, the new Desmosedici Stradale R maintains the maximum power of its predecessor while offering a more sustained torque curve at medium revs. The full potential of this engine is expressed on the track by fitting the racing exhaust, which allows it to reach 235 hp, rising to 239 hp with the use of Ducati Corse Performance Oil.

To achieve this performance in compliance with the stringent Euro5+ regulations, Ducati engineers have completely redesigned the intake side and consequently defined exhaust cams with a different profile that optimise combustion. The sub-throttle injectors have been repositioned, increasing combustion efficiency at low revs and duct permeability (+1.5%) in the higher power range. The high-permeability polyester air filter reduces pressure loss compared to a traditional filter, contributing to maximum power delivery.

        Racing Gearbox
The new Panigale V4 R is equipped with a racing-style gearbox layout. The Ducati Racing Gearbox (DRG) positions neutral under the first gear, rather than between first and second, exactly like it happens on MotoGP and factory Superbikes. Thanks to the Ducati Neutral Lock (DNL) system, this solution eliminates the possibility of accidentally engaging neutral gear and finding yourself without engine braking in the final and most delicate phase of braking, when entering corners in first gear.

Furthermore, the absence of neutral between first and second gear makes shifting between these two gears faster, smoother and more repeatable than with a traditional gearbox configuration. The Ducati Neutral Lock system, patented by Ducati, can be disengaged by operating the lever on the right handlebar. To engage neutral, the rider must therefore perform the same manoeuvres as the official riders in MotoGP and Superbike.

Frame and swingarm
The new Panigale V4 R is based on the chassis concepts of the Panigale V4 2025, namely the Front Frame, which has been redesigned to reduce lateral stiffness (-40%), and above all the Hollow Symmetrical Swingarm. These two solutions were strongly desired by Ducati Corse in order to maximise the grip of the current slick tyres and transfer the engine&#039;s maximum performance to the ground. The new frame and swingarm allow the bike to close trajectories better, also improving traction when exiting corners and the rider&#039;s feeling during acceleration.

The Panigale V4 R is equipped with a pressurised hlins NPX25/30 fork with 43 mm stanchions and a mechanical hlins TTX36 shock absorber, with specific settings for the new generation. In addition, the V4 R features the new hlins SD20 steering damper, a first on a production motorcycle, which provides better damping and a wider range of adjustments.

Being a bike designed for racing, the V4 R offers extensive possibilities for adjusting the set-up to suit the characteristics of different circuits and the rider&#039;s riding style. The swingarm pivot height is adjustable to 4 positions in 2 mm steps. As on the Superbike version, the rear height is adjustable via the suspension tie rod over a wider range (32.4 mm compared to 13 mm of wheel travel) than on the previous V4 R. Finally, the rear shock absorber is designed for the installation of a linear suspension travel sensor.

The data transmitted by the sensors is integrated with other signals relating to the motorcycle&#039;s operation and is collected via the Ducati Data Logger (DDL), Ducati&#039;s new professional data acquisition system that reduces motorcycle set-up times, also available as a Ducati Performance accessory.

The new Panigale V4 R is equipped with forged aluminium alloy wheels with 5 tangential spokes, fitted with Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa SP v4 tyres in sizes 120/70 ZR 17 for the front and 200/60 ZR 17 for the rear. For track use, the same Pirelli slick tyres used in the Superbike World Championship can be fitted without the need for any modifications to the vehicle, in sizes 125/70 at the front and 200/65 at the rear. High-performance compounds are available for these tyres, such as the SC0, the super-soft SCX and the SCQ, reserved for qualifying laps.

As for the brakes, the front brake calipers are the new Brembo Hypure, which work in conjunction with 330 mm discs. The system guarantees excellent braking power and greater efficiency in dispersing heat, offering more consistent performance and, therefore, greater effectiveness and safety for the rider in pushing their limits.

Electronics
The electronics package of the new Panigale V4 R has evolved significantly compared to the previous model, thanks to the Ducati Vehicle Observer (DVO) algorithm, developed directly by Ducati Corse, and the application of Cornering ABS with combined braking, which debuted on the Panigale V4.

Compared to the Panigale V4, the V4 R electronics implementation differs in terms of new performance-oriented combined braking strategies, called Race Brake Control, and the application of DVO extended to engine braking control. The Race Brake Control logic is the result of internal development at Ducati and allows the riding techniques of professional riders to be emulated with results even superior to those achieved by the Panigale V4.

Specifically, Race Brake Control allows for much greater use of the rear brake than on the Panigale V4, thanks to an even more precise calculation method that allows greater pressure to be applied at different roll angles. This allows the rider to move the braking point further forward, as the system allows for greater deceleration in the final phase of the braking distance up to the rear wheel lock-up limit, as MotoGP and Superbike riders do. The new engine brake control system also contributes to this, which, thanks to the use of DVO, allows for more accurate management of the forces applied to the tyre, making the engine&#039;s braking action even more progressive and predictable.

The new electronic package is managed through the 6.9&quot; dashboard already introduced with the Panigale V4, which offers two display modes, Track and Road, and an interface based on graphic views with information on performance and vehicle status. The version fitted on the Panigale V4 R has a view developed specifically for track use, called Grip Meter, which supports the rider in the pursuit of maximum performance by graphically displaying the estimated grip available at that moment.

Accessories
To further enhance the effectiveness of this bike on the track, Ducati Performance offers a wide range of accessories to complete and enhance your Panigale V4 R. The Ducati DAVC Race Pro software, available as a Ducati Performance accessory, was developed in collaboration with Ducati Corse engineers to optimize engine calibrations and control strategies, thus achieving maximum performance in track configuration and with slick or rain tyres.

Ducati Performance accessories also include the Ducati Data Logger, carbon fibre rims (-0.950 grams compared to the already lightweight forged rims) that improve all aspects of dynamics, PRO and PRO+ front brake packages, racing fairings, footpegs and everything else needed to make the new Panigale V4 R even more effective on the track.

A complete overview of accessories is available in the dedicated section of the Ducati.com website. Using the configurator, you can customize your Panigale V4 R and share the configuration with your trusted dealer.

    <title>The New Panigale V4 Tricolore Italia</title>
    <link>https://www.ducatistoke.com/news/the-new-panigale-v4-tricolore-italia</link>
    <description>
The Panigale V4 Tricolore Italia inspires a work of art by Italian artist Andrea Crespi

Ducati marks a new stage in its dialogue with the world of art, a journey that stems from a passion for beauty and translates into projects capable of combining design and Made in Italy excellence
The Panigale V4 Tricolore Italia inspires a work of art by Andrea Crespi, one of the emerging Italian artistic voices of the new generation, capable of blending aesthetics and speed in a unique form of expression
Crespi&#039;s work will become part of the Borgo Panigale corporate collection, supported by the Fondazione Ducati, and will be the protagonist of a temporary exhibition at the DucatiMuseum

A project born from a shared vision: for Ducati, the love of beauty has always been an integral part of its DNA, a value that takes shape in motorcycles capable of combining technology and beauty and which naturally marries with the universal language of art. It is in this meeting space that the collaboration with Crespi takes shape, capable of translating the essence of the motorcycle into a visual work of significant impact.

His creation is inspired by the Panigale V4 Tricolore Italia, a limited edition and numbered collector&#039;s motorcycle of just 163 units presented last March at the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy. A model that celebrates the Azzurro of the National sports teams, the same colour with which Ducati took first and second place at the Mugello Grand Prix in 2024.

Made on canvas in 1:1 scale, the work stands out for a sophisticated interweaving of blue lines, an evocative colour that recalls the original livery of the Panigale V4 Tricolore Italia. The fluid and never intersecting trajectories create an optical illusion of movement and depth, projecting the perception of speed into a new and engaging artistic dimension.

From this work comes a limited series of 163 lithographs, reserved for enthusiasts who have chosen the Panigale V4 Tricolore Italia. Each lithograph, numbered and signed by Crespi, bears the same number as the model of the motorcycle to which it is combined, to underline itsuniqueness and exclusivity.

<title>Ducati tribute for the Italian Grand Prix</title>
    <link>https://www.ducatistoke.com/news/ducati-tribute-for-the-italian-grand-prix</link>
    <description>
Italian excellence made of art and ingenuity. The Renaissance and Florence, Ducati and the Italian Grand Prix at Mugello: all symbols of excellence that come together in a unique project. For its home race, Ducati brings the full evocative power of this connection to the track with a special livery for the Desmosedici GP bikes of the Ducati Lenovo Team and its official riders.

In recent years, the Italian Grand Prix at Mugello has become one of the settings for Ducati to illustrate its identity through special projects. In 2024, Azzurro paid homage to the colour of the Italian national teams in sport and in 2025 the narrative evolves even further, blending beauty and ingenuity in a tribute to Florence, the cradle of the Renaissance and symbol of Italian creative genius.

The Renaissance was a period of extraordinary cultural, artistic, and scientific ferment that marked the transition to the modern world. Born in Italy between the 14th and 16th centuries and flourishing particularly in Florence - cradle of the movement and beating heart of Tuscany, just a few kilometers from the Mugello Circuit - it brought the human being, critical thinking, and beauty as an expression of knowledge back to the center stage. It was an era that saw the rise of visionary figures capable of blending art, science, and beauty to create a model of excellence and creativity that still inspires forms, ideas, and innovation today. A spirit that lives in the DNA of Ducati, a symbol of Italian excellence where technology and beauty merge in every motorcycle.

Born from the collaboration between designer Aldo Drudi and historian Marcello Simonetta, the project has given life to a livery with a strong symbolic and cultural value. The inspiration comes from two emblematic figures of the Italian Renaissance: on the one hand Leonardo da Vinci, the incarnation of universal genius and harmony between art and science, on the other Niccol Machiavelli, the thinker with a dark side.

Inspired by Leonardos famous drawing known as the Ancient Captain, Aldo Drudi has reinterpreted the image in a dynamic and contemporary way. He has accentuated the inclination of the head, transforming the Renaissance leader into a modern knight ready to ride his motorized centaur.

This is where the story begins: Francesco Bagnaia (#63) and Marc Mrquez (#93), two modern-day knights, riding one of the most prestigious symbols of Made in Italy motorsport, ready to combine power and intelligence in a challenge on the track. Their Desmosedici GPs feature a lion and a fox inspired by the armour of Leonardo da Vinci&#039;s famous leader, representing the perfect synthesis between strength and cunning, just as Machiavelli teaches in The Prince: to win, you need both the strength of the lion and the cunning of the fox.

A story that unfolds among the wonders of Florence. In the Stibbert Museum, a temple of Renaissance collecting, the Ducati Lenovo Team riders enter dressed as gentlemen and transform into modern knights. Surrounded by armour that seems to come to life, they wear helmets, breastplates and gloves, reinterpreted in a contemporary key: helmet, suit and racing gloves, inspired by the motifs of the special livery.

The Desmosedici GPs conquer the majesty of Piazza della Signoria with elegance and respect, comparing themselves with the extraordinary works of art and architecture that surround them, under the imposing shadow of Michelangelo&#039;s David and the solemn faade of Palazzo Vecchio. A tribute to centuries of Italian art and history, in an encounter where modern technology merges with the immortal beauty of Florence.

With this special livery, Ducati brings to the track a visual and narrative dialogue between past and present, between art and engineering, between the genius of the Renaissance and the contemporary ingenuity of which the motorcycle manufacturer is an expression. A tribute that gives shape to the Renaissance vision: combining technique and beauty to create something unique, capable of exciting, inspiring and leaving a mark - just like Ducati does with its motorcycles.
